    WORLAND – According to reports released by the Office of the Secretary of State, Wyoming Election Division and the Office of the County Clerk for Washakie County, voting numbers for both the state primary and general elections were up over previous years, with 74 percent of registered state voters turning out to the polls.     CASPER (WNE) — Two Wyoming hospitals will receive major renovations thanks to a combined $25.5 million loan paid by the United States Department of Agriculture as part the department’s current goal of improving rural health care. Hot Springs County Hospital District in Thermopolis and Westward Heights Care Center in Lander were both announced Thursday as recipients for loans paid by the USDA.     WORLAND – Worland Church of Christ Church recently hired Dustin Rocha, from Sidney, Nebraska, to be their new minister. Rocha became the lead preacher for the Church of Christ in Sidney about six years ago right out of school. He attended the Bear Valley Bible Institute of Denver which has a four-year program condensed into a two-year program.
