    TEN SLEEP – Ten Sleep Superintendent Jimmy Phelps reported to the Ten Sleep school board on Monday, Nov. 11, that the Select Committee on School Facilities voted unanimously to recommend to the Wyoming Joint Appropriations Committee to appropriate $2,500,000 for the design of a new school.
