    LARAMIE (AP) — Members of the Wyoming Farm Bureau Federation have adopted policies on special tax districts, wanton destruction of livestock and trespassing to gather antlers shed by deer. Farm Bureau members approved a policy opposing giving counties more authority to close districts that collect taxes for a specific purpose.     WORLAND – Washakie County Road and Bridge will be closing Lane 10 on Nov. 29, until Dec. 6 to replace a culvert, and all traffic should be rerouted during that time, advised Foreman Randy Chenoweth. “The culvert just below the canal is collapsing,” said Chenoweth, “so we will dig it out and replace it with a coated culvert; it should only take a few days be we are allowing longer just in case.” Chenoweth noted that the department is allowing a full week to fix the culvert and reopen the road, due to changing weather and unforeseen circumsta...

    CASPER (AP) — Sen. Eli Bebout of Riverton will lead the Wyoming Senate and Rep. Steve Harshman of Casper will head the House in the new state Legislature. The Casper Star-Tribune reports that Republicans who will serve in the Legislature next year caucused in Casper this past weekend to elect their leaders for the next two sessions.
