    WORLAND - With the Wyoming football season meeting its conclusion in Laramie on Nov. 12, all that was left to cap off the 2016 season was the announcement of the all-conference, all-state and other awards for the season's best football players.     CHEYENNE (AP) — A state proposal that would require large online retailers to collect sales tax on purchases made by Wyoming customers is set to go before the full Legislature next year. The Wyoming Tribune Eagle reports that a legislative committee voted Friday to advance the bill, which will be presented to the full Legislature in January.
