    WORLAND — The third annual Trim-A-Tree Pioneer Square Lighting Ceremony scheduled for Friday has been canceled due to the surge of COVID-19 cases in the county. Range marketing director Linda Weeks said that they will light up Pioneer Square at 5:30 p.m. Friday night but there will be no festivities in the park.     WORLAND — Worland City Attorney Kent Richins reported to the city council last Tuesday, Nov. 17, that fining residences for having unkempt properties does not seem to be inspiring them to get the properties cleaned up.
