WORLAND — The Worland City Council awarded the bid for the 22nd Street sewer replacement project in the Everett Addition to Viper Underground of Riverton. The city received eight bids for the project, with Viper providing the low bid of $87,608. The bids ranged from the low bid of $87,608, to the high bid of $397,771 from 71 Construction of Riverton.
