    After investing in many of their locations the past few years, Big Horn Co-operative Marketing Association announced last week the closure of some retail locations including the tire shop and farm store in Worland.     POWELL (WNE) — The Wyoming State Shooting Complex is officially approved to lease the more than 2,000 acres of state land south of Cody planned for its use. The State Board of Land Commissioners on Thursday unanimously approved a 75-year lease for the complex with the joint powers board being formed to oversee the complex.     Last week the Big Horn Basin received the news that the Big Horn Cooperative Marketing Association would be closing many of its retail stores including Worland’s farm store.
