    CASPER (AP) — A report by the Pew Charitable Trusts says Wyoming’s $1.8 billion rainy day fund is one of the nation’s largest. But it says the state is one of only two with such an account that lacks a law or policy governing its use. The Casper Star-Tribune reports that Wyoming’s rainy day fund trails only Alaska and Texas in the amount of money it has stored away. Chris was born in Worland on December 9, 1990, the oldest of three children born to Mark Thomas and Sheila Ann (Wagner) Christenson.
