The Associated Press reports that the Federal Reserve increased interest rates by a quarter-point to a range of .25 percent to .5 percent. CHEYENNE — The recent winter storm that traveled through Wyoming yesterday once again kept all members of the Wyoming Highway Patrol very busy. In a 32-hour period (12:01 a.m. on Dec. 15 through 8 a.m. on Dec. 16) WHP troopers investigated 61 crashes statewide. Forty-nine of those crashes were classified as property damage only.
