    MEETEETSE - For any young basketball team the early season brings its fair share of trials and tribulations and for the Meeteetse High School girls basketball team the first two weeks of the season has been exactly that.     CHEYENNE — The Research & Planning section of the Wyoming Department of Workforce Services reported Tuesday that the state’s seasonally adjusted unemployment rate fell significantly from 5.1 percent in October to 4.9 percent in November.     TEN SLEEP – Ten Sleep Councilman and longtime resident Don Decker passed away Monday, Dec. 19, in Billings, Mont., after a long battle with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, commonly known as Lou Gehrig’s disease.     SEATTLE (AP) — Eight Seattle children should have “their day in court” to argue that Washington state and others aren’t protecting them from climate change, a judge ruled.
