    WORLAND - A winter storm will be impacting the west and northern areas over the next few days, according to the National Weather Service. Significant snow fall is possible in the western mountains with the heaviest snow falling between Friday and Saturday.     CHEYENNE (AP) — President Donald Trump’s administration is rescinding proposed rules for hydraulic fracturing and other oil- and gas-drilling practices on government lands.
