WORLAND – The Worland members of the Wyoming All State Marching Band will be in the Tournament of Roses Parade in Pasadena, Calif. Friday. CHEYENNE (AP) — A federal judge has refused to dismiss a lawsuit contesting two new Wyoming laws barring people from gathering information about agriculture and other industries on private and public lands. U.S. District Judge Scott Skavdahl in Casper made the ruling Monday after questioning the constitutionality of the laws. The Wyoming Legislature passed the two similar laws earlier this year. COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) — Authorities say a husband and wife’s fight over a chicken dinner landed them both in the hospital. Richland County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Lt. Curtis Wilson says the wife wanted to get chicken at Church’s and the couple got into an argument that ended with the husband knocking her out with a punch Tuesday night.
