Floyd Leroy "Roy" Decker, 84, of Worland, Wyoming, rode off into the sunset on the morning of November 23, 2019. Roy was born on July 14, 1935, in Lovell, Wyoming, to Floyd Elmer and Myrtle (Brinkerhoff) Decker. His legacy is his work in construction over his entire lifetime, building homes and businesses all over the Big Horn Basin. In 1951, Roy married Elaine Martenson. Joe Allen Bowen, 76-year-old Worland resident, passed away at his home. He was found on October 21, 2019. Joe was born on May 16, 1943 in Olney, Illinois to Walter James and Carro Mae (Clark) Bowen. He spent some of his childhood in Sterling, Colorado before moving to Wyoming. He completed his GED in June of 1965 in Casper, Wyoming.
