Cecil Richard Mullins was born on September 15, 1953 in Worland, Wyoming to Richard Emmitt and Ruth Naomi (Kresha) Mullins. Miller in Oklahoma City in 1946. They had three children; Darrel, Steve and Kay. The family moved to Worland in 1951 and made the Big Horn Basin their home. Christopher Lee Short, 46, passed away in a vehicle accident on February 12, 2019. Chris was born on October 11, 1972 in Worland to Merlin Dean and Susan Rae (Lewis) Short. He grew up playing in the canal, shooting guns, racing BMX bikes and riding dirt bikes in the hills. When he was 3 or 4 years old, he earned the nickname "Bug" for one of two reasons. EvyAnn Wiese, age 85, passed on to her next journey on Saturday February 2, 2019 at the Rehabilitation and Wellness Center, a nursing home facility in Thermopolis Wyoming. She was finally set free from her long battle from dementia and pain. She was a longtime resident here in Worland Wyoming.
