Mark Burton, longtime Worland resident, recently passed away. Mark was born in Worland to Harold and Jerry Burton in 1951. He graduated from WHS in 1970 and attained his Bachelor and Master Degrees at Eastern Montana College, Billings, MT. After graduation he became an educator. Mark returned to Worland in 1977 to teach and coach at WMS. In 1990 he moved to Tempe, AZ to advance his career and his wife’s education.
