Gerald "Jerry" Lee Gentzler of Sheridan, WY died at the Yuma Regional Medical Center in Yuma, AZ on Sunday, November 26, 2017. He was 77 years of age. Ginny was born September 12, 1919 in North Little Rock, Arkansas and died peacefully at home in Austin, Texas on November 8, 2017. She was raised by the Benedictine Sisters at St. Joseph's Orphanage in North Little Rock. After high school, she worked at Ft. Sill, Oklahoma, where she met Captain Richard Hake, whom she married in Salinas, California in December 1941. Joan Louise McGarvin, 69, a sixty three year resident of Worland passed away Tuesday, November 14, 2017. Joan was born on October 7, 1948 to Elmer and Martha Butz in Wheatland, WY. In 1955 the family moved to Worland for better farming opportunities. Joan, her sisters and one brother enjoyed a lively childhood. Carlene Marie (Vontz) Murphy of Powell died Nov. 12, 2017. She was 82. She was born Feb. 20, 1935 in Worland, Wy, to Freda Rachel (Clark) and Henry Joseph Vontz. Carlene was a school teacher until retiring at the age of 62. She touched many lives and was a very wonderful and caring teacher to all she came in contact with — not only the children she taught in school, but also her own children. Archie was born December, 31, 1919 to Mildred Bader and Lewis Archie Harvard on his father's homestead south of Ten Sleep, Wyoming.
