On Saturday, November 9, 2019 Father Edward Dean Farmer, 68, went home, surrounded by family and friends that loved him. Joe Allen Bowen, 76-year-old Worland resident, passed away at his home. He was found on October 21, 2019. Joe was born on May 16, 1943 in Olney, Illinois to Walter James and Carro Mae (Clark) Bowen. He spent some of his childhood in Sterling, Colorado before moving to Wyoming. He completed his GED in June of 1965 in Casper, Wyoming.
