    George Haack, 107, of Mesa, AZ passed away on January 9, 2016. George was born in rural Iowa and soon the family moved to the Saskatchewan prairie south of Regina, Canada. George attended rural schools and completed secondary education with Honors at Scott Collegiate in Regina. His married life was spent mainly in northern Wyoming.     Donald “Hawk” Hawkins, 83, passed away January 9, 2016 at his home in Thermopolis after years of declining health. Born in 1932 in Trenton, Nebraska, he was one of five children born to Ross and Josephine (Berger) Hawkins. He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1952-1956 and was discharged in 1959 from the Reserves. Moving to Thermopolis in 1958, he was employed as a Central Office Specialist for Mountain Bell, US West and RT Communication. He married Betty Pomeroy in 1964. The couple raised two children.
