Court documents: Cynthia and Justin Fabela allegedly wrote $1,515 in false checks
WORLAND —A husband and wife are charged with conspiracy to commit forgery in Washakie County Circuit Court in Worland.
The Cynthia and Justin Fabela originally wrote 15 fraudulent checks for a total of $1,515. The Fabelas waived their right to a speedy trial Monday. A time and date for a preliminary hearing has not been set.
