Marjorie Ann Skrobut

Marjorie Ann Skrobut passed on to be with the Lord on July 22, 2015 in Flagstaff, AZ after a short but courageous battle with cancer. Marjorie was born to Reinhardt and Mary Bohl on October 1, 1943 in Worland, WY. She grew up and attended school in Worland and attended Casper College before joining the U S Army in 1963 and moving to New York. She resigned from the army to marry and to that union was born her daughter Lynnette.

She married Larry Skrobut in 1979 in Mesa, AZ. Years later she returned to Arizona with her family to purchase a business (Woody Mountain Campground) in December 1990. It was her life’s dream to own a business. She also loved to play the piano, she learned how to play on a church organ first and when she married purchased her first upright piano. She loved to play and was very good. My favorite memory of her playing is the song “ Yesterday” by the Beatles. She could play hymns. Bach, and various other songs as well.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her infant twin sister (Marianne) and her oldest sister (Audrey).

She is survived by her husband Larry, daughter Lynnette and son in law Jim Fulayter, grandson Nicholas Fulayter, granddaughter Michelle Fulayter, sisters Kathy and bother in law Russ Wagner, Maryjane andbrother in law Frank Taggart, brother Ron Bohl and sister in law Roseanne Bohl, Don and Karen Skrobut her brother and sister in laws, sisters in law Sharon and Yvonne and numerous nieces and nephews that she loved dearly.

Services were Tuesday at Citizens Cemetery, Flagstaff, Arizona in the Veterans Section. Memories and condolences can be sent to her family directly or online at http://www.norvelowensmortuary.com
