Message To Vandals

Barbie Brookwell, owner of Barbie's Hair on Big Horn Avenue, expresses her frustration about what vandals did to one of her windows earlier this week (see the boarded up window at left) by writing "Juvenile or not, you know better" on three unbroken windows. According to Worland Police, one juvenile was cited for the random act of vandalism.
