Worland Middle School Principal Ryan Clark speaks to students at a school assembly Thursday. Thursday was the first day of school for Washakie County School District No. 1 students. Clark is holding a 30-gallon trash can he used to blow smoke rings. During the first-day assembly, Clark laid out the basic ground rules for students this year including dress code and treating each other with respect. Thursday's homework assignment?
