UW safety honors a fallen friend

LARAMIE -- It's hard not to notice Adam Pilapil, at least when he doesn't have his football helmet on.

The University of Wyoming redshirt freshman safety arrived for summer workouts with bleach-blonde hair, which let's just say isn't his natural color.

But it wasn't for a new look, or to do something fun to get through the grind of workouts and fall camp.
