Thermopolis resident, Carol Anne Ervin, 71, died Friday, September 18, 2015 at Hot Springs County Memorial Hospital after a period of declining health.
Cremation has taken place and no services are planned at this time.
Mortimore Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
