A reception for family and friends will follow the services at his Uncle Scott Good's residence at 3575 Greybull River Road in Greybull.

Rio, 29, died October 22, in a tragic auto accident.

He was born August 26, 1986 in Cody, Wyoming, the son of John Mark and Stacy Good. He grew up in Greybull, Greeley, Colorado, and Proctor, Minnesota. He graduated from Proctor High School in 2005 and went on to receive his AA Degree in welding and metal fabrication at WITC in Superior, Wisconsin.

Rio worked in the gold mines in Fairbanks, Alaska; he returned to the lower 48 and started working as a welder in the oil fields around Pinedale. From there he attended Newpark Fluid Technology School in Houston, Texas. After completing the course of study, he worked as a drilling fluid engineer throughout the western United States.

Rio was a member of the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Proctor.

Rio loved hockey. He played on his high school team in Proctor and continued his love of the sport by playing on a recreational league team in Cody.

Rio loved the outdoors, hunting, snowmobiling, fishing, and nothing made him happier than sharing his interests with his much loved nieces and nephews.

Rio had a contagious smile that brightened the lives of everyone he knew. He never met a stranger; they were just friends he hadn't met. His absence leaves a hole in the hearts of his family and his wide circle of friends.

He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Jim and Stacy Scott of Greybull; his father and stepmother, Mark and Jennifer Good of Walker, Minnesota; two brothers, Jared Nelson of Proctor and Matheau Good of Riverton; his sister, Caitlin Good of Del Ray Beach, Florida; his wife, Kayloni Good and her children, Cambria and Mark of Worland; and his grandparents, Ron and Betty Nelson of Bemidji, Minnesota and John and Marlys Good of Greybull.

Donations in Rio's memory can be made to: River-Rail Community Federal Credit Union, P.O. Box 808, Greybull, WY 82426. The proceeds will benefit Greybull High School students who wish to further their education in welding.
