Cent$ible Nutrition classes start next week

WORLAND — Cent$ible Nutrition cooking classes begin next week in Worland and Thermopolis, according to Cent$ible Nutrition Educator Cindy Aguilar.

Classes are limited in size with a minimum of two students needed for the class. Class size is limited to 10 students. Classes are free to limited income families or individuals.

Worland classes start Wednesday at 1 and 5 p.m. There is a series of eight classes. Students are asked to commit to attending at least six classes. Each class will be at the same time and day of the week as the first class.

Classes in Thermopolis start at 1 p.m. on Thursday.
