Chipper Morning

Wyoming Department of Transportation's Aron Mullis guides small trees through the chipper Tuesday morning. WYDOT is keeping the right of ways cleaned up by chipping trees that grew into the fence below the bridge on U.S. Highway 16 east of Worland.
