Michael Hernandez

Mike Hernandez, 53, or Emblem, died Thursday, February 4,

2016, at the comfort of his home. He was born March 30, 1962.

Mike’s Celebration of Life service will be at 3 p.m. at the Burlington

LDS Church on Friday.

Atwood Family Funeral Directors assisted the family with the

arrangements.
