Dorothy Smith (Moore) Welton, 93, of Basin died Tuesday, March 8, 2016, at South Big Horn County Critical Access Hospital between Basin and Greybull. She was born May 18, 1922.
Per Dorothy’s wishes cremation has taken place and no services are planned.
Atwood Family Funeral Directors assisted the family with the arrangements.
