Governor Mead opposed to Obama Administration bathroom rule

CHEYENNE – On Friday, the Obama Administration in a joint letter by the Department of Education and Department of Justice informed school districts how the two agencies will determine whether schools receiving federal funds are complying with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (Title IX).
