Sunday is Father’s Day and this time of year especially, thoughts come to mind about my own dad.

There is a song sung by Jessica Andrews titled “Who I am.” The original lyrics are “I am Rosemary’s granddaughter. The spitting image of my father. And when the day is done my momma’s still my biggest fan.”

In my mind when I listen to the song I change the words. I did not have a grandmother named Rose...
