Flags at half-staff for Dallas officers

CHEYENNE — Governor Matthew H. Mead, pursuant to President Barack Obama's Proclamation, has ordered both the U.S. flag and the State of Wyoming flag be flown at half-staff statewide beginning Friday until sunset on July 12, 2016 as a mark of respect for those police officers slain on Thursday, July 7, 2016, in Dallas, Texas.
