DOUGLAS - A Big Horn County 4-H educator has received the Champion 4-H Educator Award for contributions to the Wyoming State Fair and Rodeo.
Gretchen Gasvoda of Greybull received the award from the Wyoming Association of Extension 4-H Agents (WAE4-HA) Saturday during the state fair in Douglas.
