Leonard Tennison Jacobs, 67, died suddenly Monday, Aug. 29, at his residence in Thermopolis.
A Celebration of his life will be at noon Sunday noon, Sept. 4, at 262 Highway 20 North.
Mortimore Funeral Home is assisting the family.
