Douglas Gene Marshall, 70, of Basin, died Thursday, Dec. 29,

2016, at his residence in Basin. He was born April 16, 1946.

Per Doug’s wishes, cremation has taken place and no services are planned.

Atwood Family Funeral Directors assisted the family with the arrangements.
