Goose's Liquor robbery suspect provides alibi during preliminary hearing

WORLAND – Juan S. Aguinaga, 20, of Worland, an alleged suspect in the April 30, 2015, attempted robbery and assault at Goose’s Liquor, was released on Monday after the defense in his preliminary hearing in Circuit Court established an alibi that placed the defendant at a different location during the time of the crime.
