Ten Sleep extends superintendent's contract

TEN SLEEP – During the Ten Sleep School Board meeting Monday evening, after an executive session, Ten Sleep School Board members voted to extend Ten Sleep superintendent Jimmy Phelps’s contract to June 30, 2020 with a vote of three to two for the extension.
