Worland student places 3rd in Letters About Literature

CHEYENNE – Isiac Hines, a ninth-grade student at Colter Jr./Sr. High School in Worland, took third place in Wyoming Level 3 (grades 9-12) competition in the 2016-17 Letters About Literature contest. The Wyoming State Library conducted state-level judging through its Wyoming Center for the Book program.
