POWELL — The ever-popular play that tells the story of a small-town man with big dreams comes to Powell Dec. 7-9. Actresses and actors—of all ages ranging from elementary, middle school, high school, college and older adults—throughout the Big Horn Basin are invited to take part in the community theater presentation of “It’s a Wonderful Life.”
