Naomi Eunice Fritz

Naomi Eunice Fritz, 98, passed away January 15, 2018 at Worland Healthcare and Rehab Center.

Naomi was born June 15, 1919 to

Eugene Leonard and Cliffee Bell (Carrol) Evans. She was the second of four children born to the family. In 1925 she moved to the Cavonough farm. She graduated from Worland High School and then attended Beauty School in Billings, Montana. After getting her license, she returned to Wyoming where she worked in Worland and Basin and for a short time in Wheatland. She came back to Worland where she opened her own beauty shop.

She married Charles O. Fritz on May 4, 1941. To this union was born three sons, Charles, Jr., Bruce, and Terryl Lee. The couple moved to the Fritz Farm where Naomi was a homemaker and helped when needed with farm work. She drove tractors and truck and wherever an extra hand was needed. She raised a large garden from which she canned many jars of fruit and vegetables each year. She also sewed, knitted, crocheted and embroidered. Her family always came first.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband of 67 years, Charles, Sr., sons, Terry Lee in 1970 and Charles, Jr. in 2004, brothers, Glen and Carl Evans.

She leaves behind her son, Bruce (Patti) Fritz of Basin, WY; grandchildren: Traci (Eric) Lowe, and Trish Fritz; great-grandchildren: Thayne and Claire Lowe; sister, Eula Jene Willard and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Graveside services will be held 10:00 a.m., Saturday, January 20, 2018 at Riverview Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Worland with Rev. Steven Brown officiating. Online condolences may be made at http://www.bryantfuneralhomeonline.com.
