Worland Football camp set for July 23-25

WORLAND - The Worland football camp gets underway on July 23-25 at Worland High School and is open to those in grades third through 12th.

The morning sessions will be for grades 3-8 at 9-11 a.m. and the evening sessions will be for high school players, grades 9-12, starting at 6 p.m. and going until 9 p.m.

The camp is a non-contact camp and will focus on building the fundamentals, passing, tackling, catching and blocking skills of each player, and will have a flag football competition as well.

The camp is put on by WHS football coach Ryan Utterback and his coaching staff. Utterback will even have the help from some of his current WHS football players as they coach up the future Warriors players during the morning sessions.

Registration for camp will cost $25 per player, contact Utterback at [email protected] for a registration form. There will also be an open registration period 30 minutes before the start of each session.
