Anne Louise (Rising) Hill

Anne Louise (Rising) Hill, 68, died on July 29, 2018, after a brief struggle with cancer. Daughter of the late Charles and Barbara Rising, Anne was born on April 14, 1950, in Fontana, California.

Anne graduated from Bisbee High School in Bisbee, Arizona, in 1968. In 1970, Anne married her childhood sweetheart, Larry, in the Community Church of Warren, Bisbee, Arizona, while he was on active duty in the U.S. Navy. Anne took business classes at Cochise College and Northern Arizona University while starting their family.

In 1981, Anne and Larry relocated to Worland, WY, where they started Rolling Hills Trucking. Anne worked in the office while Larry was on the road. Later, in 1984, Anne started her dream career with Mary Kay Cosmetics, eventually working her way up to Sales Director, while continuing to support the family business. Anne adored her customers and fellow sales associates and truly enjoyed every moment of her involvement with Mary Kay.

Anne loved life and she loved living. She lived each day to its fullest, making memories and touching lives along the way. She enjoyed camping in the mountains, reading, playing games (and winning!), traveling and being with family and friends. Her spirit will live on through the many family traditions she so lovingly upheld year after year.

In addition to her husband, Anne is survived by her mother-in law, Eleanor; brother, Charles and his wife, Molly; sister, Marye Durrer and her husband, Chuck Grinstead; brother, Gene and his wife, Vicky; sons, Larry Jr. (Joy), Dustin and Caleb; daughters, Kari (Kim) Barr and Kami (Rance) Neighbors; grandchildren, Nyk, Tenn-Ray, Chantelle, Audra, Krew, Wyatt and Sawyer; and three great-grandchildren.

There will be a sunset memorial service for family and friends on Sunday, August 5th at 8:00 p.m. at her home north of Worland. Please bring your own lawn chairs. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be sent in Anne's name to: Playing for Hope Foundation, 1399 Airport Road, Worland, WY 82401. Money goes directly to cancer patients for food, gas and other non-medical expenses while they are undergoing treatments.
