Joleen (Jo) Henry Clark, born 6-23-1941 in Worland Wy. passed away unexpectedly on 7-29-2018 at the age of 77 years old in Yuma Az. Joleen was the first born of four children to Joe Carl Henry and Lorene (Moore) Henry. She graduated high school in Worland in the class of 1959. She was employed by Bell Telephone in Worland until she married Dale Clark in December 1961 in Worland. Dale worked in the oil field for Texaco Inc. 28 years at Black Mountain near Thermopolis Wy, Roundup Mt. and Chinook Mt.
Joleen was an avid bowler and golfer. She was active in the United Methodist Church, was a life-long crafter and for a few years had a yarn shop in her garage. She loved music and dancing, sang in the church choir and played in the Chinook Bell Choir for several years. In her younger years also played the piano and accordion.
After retirement, Dale and Joleen built a house in Thane Wy., bought a 5th wheel trailer and truck and enjoyed traveling the U.S. for more than 10 years, eventually settling down in Yuma for the last 5 years.
Joleen is survived by her husband Richard (Dale), her 99 year old mother, Lorene (Moore) Henry, of French Camp CA, children, Brian Clark Sr. (Rylene) of Modesto CA, Brenda (Clark) Rocha (Dave) of Manteca CA, Grandsons, Brian Clark Jr. (Ethel) (Oregon) and Charley Rocha (Texas). Sister, Janet (Henry) Van Antwerp (Van), brothers, Terry Henry Sr. (Vicki) & Mark Henry (Liz) all of California. An uncle, Warren Moore (Oregon), several cousins, nieces, and nephews as well many cherished friends.
She is preceded in death by her father Joe Carl (JC) Henry, and granddaughter Amanda Clark.
A Celebration of Life will be held later in California.
