Fraser earns second all-national honors

WORLAND – November of last year Caleb Fraser was given the opportunity to go to the All-National Honor Ensembles as first chair bassoon in the orchestra.

This year, Fraser's talents proved not to waver as he was chosen once again to be a part of the All-National Honor Ensemble symphonic orchestra.
