Richard M. Rush, Jr., 51, a resident of Worland, Wyoming, formerly of Ronan, Montana died September 8,2018 in an ATV accident while pursuing his passion of hunting. He was the son of Barbara Parker Rush of Ronan and Dr. Richard M. Rush and step mother Debra Rush of Worland.
Richie loved hunting, fishing and boating. He was a self-taught handy man and could fix just about anything mechanical. He was also somewhat of a master gardener and boasted quite a large yield of vegetables this summer.
Survivors include his parents, his brother Trey Rush of Worland, his daughters Regan and Parker of Arkansas, brother-in-law Verne Sheff, III of Montana, nieces and nephews Jillian Weamer, Michael Weamer, Jaden Quintana, Buddy Sheff (Bridget), Austin Sheff, Caden Rush and Hannah Rush. Great-niece Lilly and great-nephew Buddy. He also had a special friend Marlene.
Richard was preceded in death by his grandparents Ted and Nellie Parker, and Morris and Genevieve Rush, his sister Michelle Rush Weamer Quintana, and his sister Cheri Rush Sheff.
A memorial to celebrate Richie's life will be held at 3:00 on Saturday, September 29 at the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Ronan, Montana. Online condolences may be made at http://www.bryantfuneralhomeonline.com.
