John E. Sanchez, 60, passed away at his home on December 21, 2018.
John was born September 23, 1958 in Worland, Wyoming to Rutilio and Ruth (Escobedo) Sanchez. He was accompanied into this world by his twin brother, James E. Sanchez, came home to his sister Mary and brothers Raul and Reuben. John grew up and attended school in various towns throughout Wyoming and Colorado. He married in 1977. To this union five children were born, Ruth, Juanita, John, Jr., Rudy, and Jessie. In 1988 the couple divorced. In 1992, he married Deb Sanchez adding two children, Dylan and Samantha.
John was an entrepreneur of many sorts, owning his businesses - recycling iron, used car lot, owning a bar, and many other adventures. John was a free spirit who loved his family and friends. Whenever he saw someone in need, he never hesitated to lend a hand. We will always love him and he will be missed very much.
John was preceded in death by his parents, one son, Rudy and all his siblings.
Survivors include his wife, Deb, his children and 15 grandchildren, whom he loved dearly.
Mass of the Christian Burial will be held 10:00 a.m. Thursday, December 27, at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Riverview Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Prayer Vigil will be held 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 26 at the church. Visitation for family and friends will be held prior to each service.
