Feb. 9 - Warriors best Bobcats in final home dual of the season

Worland Basketball falls to Rawlins

On senior night, the Worland Warriors wrestling team closed out their final home dual of the season with a 40-30 win over the Hot Springs County Bobcats on February 7.

Worland basketball wasn’t able to pick up wins this week against Rawlins High School; the Lady Warriors fell to the Lady Outlaws 48-28, and the Warriors lost 52-50 to the Outlaws. The Warriors and Lady Warriors are back in action Tuesday night road games against the Powell Lady Panthers and Powell Panthers, with game times starting at 5:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. respectively.

Both Bobcat programs went 0-2 this weekend, the Lady Bobcats lost to Powell 51-47 in OT and to Lovell 50-41. The Bobcats lost to Powell 57-43 and to Lovell 58-33.

In Ten Sleep, the Lady Pioneers beat Dubois but lost to St. Stephens 54-36 on Saturday. While the Pioneers also beat Dubois but lost to St. Stephens 99-78.
