Rocky Mountain Power is reporting on their Facebook Page, that they are responding to an outage impacting 2,703 customers initially in Worland. The cause, according to Rocky Mountain Power spokesperson Dave Eskelsen was a "car-pole mishap."
Eskelsen said that at 1:44 the servicemen isolated the damage and restored power to 2,690 customers, leaving 13 customers without power.
Eskelsen said it is unknown how long the remaining customers will be without power, noting it depends on the extent of the damage.
Eskelsen did not have the location of the accident site.
