Northeastern Washakie County in central Wyoming...
* Until 315 PM MDT Wednesday.
* At 530 AM MDT, the river gauge on the Nowood river near Ten Sleep
was at 10.1 feet, flood stage is 8.5 feet. The river continues to
rise at this location. Public spotter has reported that flooding
is occurring at this time.
* The river at Ten Sleep should crest late this morning. Expect
flooding along the Nowood River to the Big Horn County line.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, country roads, farmland, and other low lying
spots.
ROAD CLOSURES. US 14 from Shell to Dayton and US 14A from 22 miles east of Lovell to county line remain closed to rock/landslide. Estimated opening 6-8 p.m. tonight
