WORLAND - While some newcomers to the Pepsi Wyoming State BBQ Championship & Bluegrass Festival made strong showings, B-S BBQ Outlaws of Hills City, South Dakota, brought home the top prize for the third year in a row.
Owner Bob Stanfiel said that committee chairman Dave Paxton and the committee do an outstanding job with organizing the barbecue competition and the festival.
